Career Clarity & Next Step Program

Something about your work
doesn't feel right anymore.
You just don't know
what to do next.

Find your next step

Where you are right now

Work doesn't feel fulfilling anymore

You second-guess every option and end up back where you started

Something tells you your potential still hasn't found the right place

You're ready for a next step, one that feels true to you, not just 'good enough'

One of the most common patterns is not making the wrong choice,
but avoiding the choice altogether,
and staying in a life that no longer fits.

Avoidance Staying Stuck Stress & Burnout Health Issues

The longer you wait, the harder it gets to change.

Research shows that long-term misalignment at work is linked to higher levels of stress, burnout, and even physical health issues, from chronic fatigue to anxiety and decreased overall wellbeing.

And the longer you stay in something that doesn't feel right, the harder it becomes to change.

Working in recruitment, I've spoken with hundreds of people who felt stuck and unsure about their career direction.

And at some point, I found myself in the same place.

Last year, I experienced burnout. I had to step back, pause, and rethink what I actually wanted.

I didn't have everything figured out. But I knew something needed to change.

Instead of trying to force a quick decision, I started focusing on understanding what actually fits me.

"Step by step, things became clearer."

I originally studied psychology, but my career took me into recruitment, because at the time it felt like the more practical and secure choice.

But over time, I couldn't ignore the feeling that something was off. I was chasing what looked right on paper: stability and titles, instead of what actually felt aligned.

What I missed was meaning. Not just doing work, but working with people in a deeper, more meaningful way.

So I started to approach things differently. Not by trying to "figure it all out" at once, but by taking small steps, exploring, and building clarity along the way.

What I've seen, both in myself and in others, is this:

"You don't need to have everything figured out to move forward. You just need clarity on your next step."

Today I combine

  • Real-world experience from recruitment, seeing how people navigate careers in reality, not just in theory
  • Ericksonian & solution-focused coaching tools and structured processes, to help you move from overthinking to clear, practical steps
  • Integrative psychotherapy training, adding depth to how I understand people and navigate change

All of it in service of helping you find what actually fits you.

Imagine this instead.

You know what type of change you need to make, whether that means staying, shifting, or moving in a new direction.

Ericksonian & Solution-Focused Coaching

The approach

Ericksonian & Solution-Focused Coaching

This approach works with how your mind naturally thinks, not against it. Instead of forcing answers, it uses structured questions and language to help you access what you already know and turn it into a clear direction.

Ericksonian Coaching

Based on the work of Milton H. Erickson, this method recognises that lasting change doesn't come from forcing new thinking. It comes from working with how the mind naturally operates, using carefully chosen language, metaphor and questions to help you access deeper clarity.

Solution-Focused Coaching

Rather than spending time analysing what went wrong, solution-focused coaching directs attention toward what you want and what's already working. Instead of asking "why are you stuck?", it asks "what would it look like if things were better?"

What this means for you

No pressure to have the answers

The process guides you. You don't need to know what you want before we start.

Clarity that comes naturally

You build understanding step by step until the right direction becomes obvious.

Practical, not just insightful

Sessions move you toward a concrete next step, not just awareness.

A conversation that feels different

Structured dialogue that helps you think more clearly than you can alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

I want to start but I have vacation planned. Will that be a problem?

Not at all! Life happens, and I believe coaching should fit into YOUR life, not the other way around. If you have vacation planned, we can absolutely work around it. We'll pause sessions while you're away and resume when you're back. The program follows your speed and your rhythm. If you need more time between sessions or less, we adjust. This is YOUR journey, and flexibility is built in.

What if I'm not sure if I'm ready to commit?

That's exactly what the free 40-minute intro call is for. No pressure, no commitment. We'll talk about what's going on, what you're hoping for, and whether coaching feels like the right fit. You'll get to know my approach and we'll both be honest about whether we're a good match.

How long does it actually take to see results?

Most people report feeling more clarity and perspective after the first 2-3 sessions. Real shifts in thinking and behavior typically happen within 4-6 weeks. But everyone's timeline is different. Some people move quickly; others need more time to process. The important thing is that we're working at YOUR pace, not rushing anything. Progress over perfection.

Is this different from therapy or counseling?

Coaching is forward-focused. We're not diving deep into your past or trying to "fix" something that's broken. Instead, we're clarifying where you are now, where you want to go, and building a practical path to get there. My psychology background helps me understand what's underneath your career confusion, but we're using that insight to move you forward, not to analyze the past.

What if I feel stuck during the program?

Feeling stuck is actually part of the process. It means something important is coming up. That's exactly when coaching helps most. We'll slow down, explore what's underneath the stuck feeling, and work through it together. There are powerful tools and reframes that can help you move through resistance. You're not alone in this.

Can I extend or shorten the program?

Absolutely. The program is designed to be flexible. Some people move through their clarity work faster than expected; others realize they need more time. We assess as we go and adjust the structure to match what you actually need. This is a partnership, not a rigid package.

What if I'm currently job hunting or about to make a big change?

This is actually the perfect time for clarity coaching. Before you make a big move, it's crucial to understand what you're really looking for. Not just jumping to the next thing that seems available. We'll get clear on what matters to you, what red flags to watch for, and what "true to you" actually looks like. That foundation will make your transition so much smoother.
